HYDRO: Each seasonal site has
it's own meter. Invoices are issued
three times per

reserved, and
payment arrangements made in the fall. If payment

An
extended seasonal camper uses their trailer as a temporary principal
residence during the camping season spending most nights at the trailer. A
longer period of occupation is offered for this purpose, hence the name,
however the emphasis is on usage rather than period of occupancy.
